<p>Pharmaceutical and Healthcare services company is seeking a graduate for immediate internship opportunity for 12 months, working side by side with the Managing Director and Directors of Regulatory Affairs.  The position is based in Central-London.</p>
<p>The role involves marketing plans and marketing material, website, CRM and pipe management, co-ordinating events, client targeting, assisting with other communication initiatives and assisting with service realisation of new projects.  Prospect investigation and some cold calling will also be part of the role.</p>
<p><!--more--></p>
<p>Role description</p>
<p>1. Maintain/enhance database of potential accounts for RRL</p>
<p>2. Develop a prospect list based on RRL&#8217;s criteria and business goals.</p>
<p>3. Distribute monthly emails and quarterly mailings to a targeted list of prospects.</p>
<p>4. Diligently work the agreed upon prospect database of Pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device/IVD companies, and introduce RRL to all accounts on the list.</p>
<p>5. Personally introduce RRL to 3-5 qualified prospects each month, via telecom or meetings, building new relationships.</p>
<p>6. Establish regular contact with customers and prospects via mailings, e-mail, and telephone contact. 7. Work closely with RRL to introduce and/or launch new services.</p>
<p>8. Provide a monthly report of activities/results</p>
<p>9. To increase the current client base.</p>
<p>Principle duties and responsibilities:</p>
<ol>
<li>Position and maintain the Company&#8217;s profile.</li>
<li>Highlight brand awareness for all Company services.</li>
<li>Develop, plan and implement quarterly marketing plans.</li>
<li>Draw up and manage marketing budgets.</li>
<li>Deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget and timeframe.</li>
<li>Devise and execute lead generation campaigns to increase customer base.</li>
<li>Plan events and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Develop E-Campaigns and Promotions.</li>
<li>Seek out relevant trade magazines and prepare advertisements / negotiate rates for relevant editions.</li>
</ol>
<p>10.  Prepare newsletters and write-ups.</p>
<p>11.  Liaise and develop a rapport with the Company&#8217;s overseas marketing team.</p>
<p>12.  Manage all aspects of corporate image.</p>
<p>13.  Maintain and update the customer database and website.</p>
<p>14.  Engage and collaborate with all departments and clients.</p>
<p>15.  Assist the Sales Team within a Sales &amp; Marketing capacity</p>
<p>Required skills:</p>
<p>-       Business or marketing related degree</p>
<p>-       Results driven</p>
<p>-       Good communication skills</p>
<p>-       Previous experience in business development or marketing is desirable</p>

<p><strong>IT Graduate:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design of a website.</li>
<li>Responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of a website.</li>
<li>Using a combination of graphic design skills and technical knowledge of how web pages are created, the work involves:</li>
<li>liaising closely with a customer or client at the design stage and finding the answers to questions about why the site is needed, who the target audience will be, who the leading competitors are, etc;</li>
<li>producing a design that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required;</li>
<li>writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as HTML and XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Action script, ColdFusion, .Net, Flash, or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver and Visual Studio;</li>
<li>deciding on how images and other material will be digitally optimised and presented for the web;</li>
<li>ensuring that material on the web site is accessible to all groups including those with disabilities;</li>
<li>testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions;</li>
<li>Back Ups and Disaster Recovery</li>
<li>Financial support and training</li>
<li>Marketing support and training</li>

<p> Both will have active websites at their hub, and the University is looking for a graduate intern who will develop and design two new sites, to run within its own University website.</p>
<p> The website will need to be interactive, and to be able to upload, store, manage and distribute resources-articles, music scores, audio, video etc.</p>
<p> Possible development of forums/live discussion within the sites.</p>
<p> The sites will have editors and curators, but also be open to public access so will need to be designed to suit both constituencies.</p>

<p>The Women’s Engineering Society (WES) is seeking two talented graduates to assist with coordination of marketing activities and events for their new Purple Boots Campaign. </p>
<p> The Purple Boots Campaign is an exciting national initiative aimed at inspiring and engaging women to achieve their potential in non-traditional areas such as engineering, construction, science and technology. </p>
<p> Reporting to the Manager, the Marketing &amp; Events Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the marketing plan is implemented successfully. There are a number of facets to this role which might be easily spread over 2 or 3 part time roles. </p>
<p> This varied position will include: </p>
<p> Coordinating marketing activities for the campaign </p>
<ul>
<li>Keeping the Purple Boots website up to date</li>
<li>Managing social media content including Facebook, YouTube and Twitter</li>
<li>Project managing and promoting events</li>
<li>Liaising with regional WES groups to publicise Purple Boots activities</li>
<li>Working closely with key sponsors and stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<p> As Marketing &amp; Events Coordinator, it will be essential that you have excellent communication and presentation skills and an eye for detail. Ideally you will have previous experience of project managing marketing activities and events. </p>
<p> The successful candidate should be degree qualified in marketing, media or a related subject and enthusiastic about the opportunities that can be gained from integrating online and traditional marketing tactics. </p>
<p> In return, this is a great chance to hold a national marketing and events role working alongside leading organisations and industry bodies. </p>

- Prospecting and lead generation<br />

<li>To assist the Director in an administrative capacity. This will involve arranging meetings, handling confidential information regarding personnel and other information, filing and general duties as appropriate</li>
<li>To provide secretarial support for the Director. This will involve drafting correspondence and assisting with the compilation of reports and funding applications</li>
<li>To assist with the compilation of statistical data as required</li>
<li>To organise the secretariat of the Hounslow Arts Trust Ltd, the Board which manages this company. This will involve scheduling meetings, confirming availability of Board members, taking minutes at Board meeting and its subcommittees, and the distribution of agendas and related papers</li>
<li>To assist with the management of organisational development projects as required</li>
<li>To assist with the development and management of projects to support the artistic programme</li>
<li>To maintain the personnel systems and training files</li>
<li>To maintain filing systems for the core management functions</li>
